Verka Cow Milk?

Every mother experiences milestones throughout their child’s initial years of life revolving around food. Working women encounter problems when they cannot breast feed their child anymore as they have to get back to work. One of the questions asked by most mothers is when and how they can introduce Verka Cow’s Milk to their child’s diet.

As recommended by most doctors, it is preferred to breast feed your child during the first year because mother’s milk contains all essential nutrients (like iron) that a baby needs for proper growth and development during the first year. If a mother wants to get back to work and want to switch her milk with another one, then Verka Cow’s Milk is the best option.

Why Verka Cow’s Milk:
  • Verka Cow’s Milk is an excellent source of calcium, which helps in building strong bones & teeth and helps in regulating blood clots.
  • It is one of the few sources of vitamin D, which helps the body absorb calcium and is crucial for bone growth.
  • Verka Cow’s Milk also provides protein for growth, as well as carbohydrates, which will give the energy a child needs to toddle all day.
Here’s How a Mother can Introduce Verka Cow’s Milk:
  • Before Introducing Verka Cow’s Milk to your child, start giving him small portions of cereals, fruits, and veggies.
  • Allergery test is must! Test it by giving small portion of Verka Cow’s Milk and check if he has not shown any symptoms of being allergic.
  • Gradually add milk into your child’s diet as you are weaning him from breastmilk or infant formula.
  • Start by switching a cup of Verka Cow’s Milk a day with breastfeeding. You can also add Verka Cow’s Milk to morning oatmeal or cereal.
  • Once you’ve changed one bottle or cup from breastmilk to Verka Cow’s Milk, you can continue making the switch throughout the day. Just be sure to start introducing in small amounts and with other favorite foods so your child will learn to love the taste and nutrition you’re offering!
How Much:
  • To ensure your toddler is meeting his daily calcium needs, offer about two cups of milk a day.
Type of Milk:
  • Whole milk has generally 4% fat and it is recommended for toddlers because they need the extra fat for growth and healthy brain development.
  • If toddler is overweight, it is recommended to talk to your pediatrician and may switch to low-fat milk.
  • Verka Cow Milk

To My Teachers....

What we have given to our teachers  can be measured ;What our teachers  have given to us can never  be measured.

While all other creations have shown only marginal evolution through  centuries of living ,  man's progress alone has been dramatic Who made this possible ? The teachers ! . You may say ' The thinkers  ! ". But who taught the thinkers to think ?  Again the Teachers ! . Who has been the link between those thinkers , and you and me ? Again , the teachers !  What makes me write this post? It was just an attempt to say my teachers "You are the reason for all" ....

How did the prophecies of enlightened masters , the logic of the mathematicians, the discover and inventions of the scientists , the thoughts and  ideas of the philosophers , the history of the history makers ,etc... reach the common man ?   Through the teachers...

Teachers shape the mind and heart of their students debase. Teaching should not be an intellectual choice , but rather an emotional flowering-a spiritual expression.

A teacher-student relationship isn't mere transference of words , but transference of energy too. In every word inherited from a teacher , a part of that teachers is also present.

If we remove the sun from the rays , nothing will remain. If we remove the mud from the pot , nothing will remain. If we remove the cause from the effect, nothing remains , If we remove the teachings of our teachers  from us , nothing of us will remain.

A gardener tends the buds and helps them blossom into pretty flowers. But sometimes in all their innocence , teach the gardener a few lessons like the joy of giving and the contentment in spreading beauty and colors..

I can only say a Big Thanks to @Anil Nair Sir and  to all my teachers..

Though It was written long back...Let's spread the joy.. happy Reading

LIFE @ SKU

                In this article I would like to tell about the life @SKU(cet) Sri krishnadevaraya University college of engineering & technology, which is located in largest districts of Andhra Pradesh and also the most economically backward district of Andhra Pradesh.

                September 19th 2008 was the day, which opened a new chapter of my life and taught me great lessons unintentionally. With all my apprehensions, I was eagerly waiting to experience the university life. Landed in SKU to pursue my engineering, first difference I found was that it was an extensively vast campus, consisting of every department. Surprisingly I came to know that the university is distributed over 500 acres which was astonishing.

               It all started with the inauguration program in Bhuvana Vijayam Auditorium, which was partial replica of “happydays” movie. The first thing I did was instead of hearing the introduction speech, my eyes started for someone, disappointingly I could figure no one. With the disturbed mind, I concentrated on the boring introduction speech. Now it was the turn of the speaker to disappoint us, he bombed us with the news that, there would be no hostel provided for first year boys. Irritatingly and hopelessly, I then decided to search a nearby room with my newly formed friends. We were of five guys who were from different parts of the state in our new room, which was just opposite of the engineering entrance gate. Unlike our batch, hostel facility is provided for the first year students, so students who think of joining need not worry about their accommodation.

                We entered first year with great dreams, the first year faculty was just splendid. We had professors coming to teach Physics, Chemistry, and English from the university, which is hard to find in other private colleges. Here I would like to name Sreevani madam, our mathematics lecturer; I was amazed of her energy, she has the capability to teach continuously for the whole day without exhausting. The first year will not be like a pressure cooker, not similar to the Narayana and Chaitanya intermediate life. However, here you find plenty of things to do. There was also a little ragging from my seniors, which enabled us to have a great bond.They were very informative, supportive all the 4 years.

                I will have to say, about the best part of our university that makes it unique. The first thing is that the“freedom”, every student gets. Such freedom reminds “you are independent, chase your dreams”, there will be no parents to care about you every second. This freedom teaches you how to live by yourself. You can evince all your talents, interests, leadership skills, sports talent. Next, the most important thing is the  “Central Library”. It has varied collection of more than 1 lakh books, 118 magazines. I had a Crush to this, in my final year of engineering. I have never seen such a pile of books earlier. The third part is the young “teaching staff”, who were very supportive to the students. I still remember the classes of Anji sir, where I used to sit leisurely in the last bench and get many new ideas.  He is the only one who knows the names of every student in the class. The backbone of ECE department is Murali sir; he is the one who puts in his 100% effort for his students and college. In addition, other lecturers play a great role in molding the students. The zenith of skucet is the college day fests and sports day celebrations. Every student will be a part of it and take these memories with them.

                Our University is like a web where every department has something common with the other department. It has 130 affiliated colleges including UG, PG, B.ED, MCA, MBA, B.Tech, LAW, and Physical Oriented Colleges to its wing and has a total sum of  130 professors in the campus. It has all the other facilities like ANDHRA Bank, Post Office, ATM Centre, Gym, Auditorium, Health Center, Canteen’s, Cricket Stadium, computer center, LAN, E-class room, quarters to the staff and non-teaching staff, and campus school.

              If someone questions me of Placements, it is average. Instead I can say one thing wholeheartedly that this college will teach everyone, what LIFE is and how to live it!  Which I believe is the most important thing. This gave all my friends to settle down in their works. This University gave me friends that I fall short of words to introduce them.

                Every SKU’ian will miss the night-outs, late night chats on the roads of SKU, the olfaction of chemistry department, the Cricket Stadium and the matches played in front of their class girls , watching  IPL matches on the roads, fests, tours, Burgul-bajji, Suresh anna egg dosa, jyotsna dhaba goes on. Even though I do not believe in the Re-birth, if there is a chance, I would ask my almighty to place me in the same SKU with the same 62 SKU’ians for my graduation. Note:- However, I would not prefer doing Engineering.

                happy time..........

Whom to be BLAMED??? "uttarakhand floods"

    It's just heartbreaking when I see the uttarakhand floods and ask myself whom to be blamed??

==> Is it the GOD where crores of people visit kedarnath temple with so much  bhakti so that their sins  be washed  away.

==> Is it the Uttarakhand Government who had not  spent the planned money  for Disaster Management?

==> Poor infrastructure facilities?? where more than 2 crores tourists visit the state.

==> Meteorological Department of India??

==>Construction of large dams??

==> Deforestation??

==> the indiscriminate construction of buildings??

        Many reasons for "HIMALAYAN TSUNAMI", 50000 people are still left stranded. The INDIAN   ARMY- AIR FORCE  has done a fabulous job and rescued thousands. I  salute INDIAN ARMY PEOPLE for their wit and curse myself for not joining NATIONAL DEFENCE ACADEMY. Here me attaching  some of the images of uttarakhand havoc and urge you to donate a little of what you can:

Bharat-Women-India-Men

My first post ::

       Decided to post on the  "atrocities on the  INDIAN WOMEN"  which hurts me the most and bother me, what would be the situation after a century!!!!!!!

               DECEMBER 16th 2012 would be a day to remember in the history of India. The day when every Indian man had to bow down his head with shame. The diabolic crime of the male over the woman- the “DELHI GANG RAPE”, which took the life of a young physiotherapist, reflects the heinous mind of the Indian men. There is countless number of cases like this, which go unnoticed.

                After this incident, there was a strong agitation, which was of the same kind as “Jasmine Revolution” which took place in the Arab nations. But there is a little difference between the Delhi agitation and the Jasmine Revolution. The Arab revolution had great anger coupled with clear vision to make their corrupted monarchs step down and they were successful in bringing democracy to their nations. The Delhi agitation had the same anger but there was a lack of vision, and ultimately the agitators blamed the government for not punishing the victims and not providing security to women, which may not be the sole reason. In response, the government appointed the Mehra Commission to give its report and the commission accomplished this task, now after 6 months, I don’t find this news anywhere.  I ask myself where the root of the problem lies?? The Delhi victims were youth who never had a criminal history. The world’s largest democratic country with over 65 years of independence is yet to provide the real means of gender equality. So, where do we go wrong??
                For every human being, the initial years of bringing up and the basic education plays an immense role in molding one into a GOOD or BAD individual !! Now the present-day education system imparts great knowledge but fails in inculcating WISDOM. Our present education system never emphasized  on  ETHICAL VALUES. But In BHARAT, importance was accorded to the holy books which taught them wisdom and introduced  our country   to the world known to its traditions, uncorrupted, faithfulness, ahimsa and unity. But now where are we heading?? The Delhi revolution had a great response almost from all sections of the society, irrespective  of gender, age, religion. This was the replica of BHARAT where people unite for a good cause despite differences.
                The recent census shows that the child sex ratio is 913 which is an alarming figure. Most of the rural households think of boys as an ‘investment asset’, who are going to change their mindsets?  If India wants to regain the charm of Bharat and the people are concerned about the country, change should start from the individual. The perception of the people who participated in the Delhi agitation should also  change. Everyone should first treat girls as equal to boys and they should inculcate respect for others in their children’s minds and make their daughters realize that they are no less than boy’s. Teachers should play a great role, especially at the school level to encourage and develop confidence in the ‘fairer’ gender. People should end their misgivings about girl children. I am sure that if we follow these simple steps, one day we would have a happier, safe, uncorrupted INDIA.
